HOW TO BOOK A SAFARI.

Our Road and flying Safaris have been designed to enable you to put together safaris of different lengths  and build a suitable itinerary to your clients.

For example lets assume the clients wishes to spend a week in Tanzania both on safari and Mountain trekking. They wish to visit Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti. They also have shown interest to climb Mount Meru and favour  Impala Hotel or similar in Arusha.

Using our Programs and quotations you can be able to plan and cost the whole trip and offer your clients the following itinerary.

DAY- 1- Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport and transfer to Impala Hotel or similar for overnight.

 

DAY- 2- ARUSHA - TARANGIRE - NGORONGORO:

After breakfast transfer to Tarangire National Park for game drive, lunch at Tarangire tented Camp. Afternoon proceed to Ngorongoro Serena Lodge or similar for dinner and overnight. 

 

DAY- 3 - NGORONGORO - SERENGETI:

After breakfast depart for Serengeti game drive en route. Late afternoon till sundown game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Serengeti Serena lodge or similar. 

 

DAY - 4 - SERENGETI - NGORONGORO:

Sunrise game drive start at 06.30a.m. Return to the lodge for breakfast at 08.45a.m. depart for Ngorongoro Crater with picnic lunch via Olduvai gorge game drive en route. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge or similar. 

 

DAY - 5 - NGORONGORO - ARUSHA:

Breakfast at 07.45am. descend into the Crater floor for crater tour . Picnic lunch at the Hippo pool or Lerai forest. Late afternoon depart for Arusha. Overnight at Impala Hotel. 

 

DAY - 6 - ARUSHA - ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK:

Transfer to Momella gate for registration. Start the gradual climb through the grassland to Miriakamba Hut 2514 m above sea level - overnight.

 

DAY - 7 - MIRIAKAMBA HUT - SADDLE HUT:

Take the uphill path through the glades to Mgongo wa Tembo. View of Meru crater and Kilimanjaro are spectacular. From here the path leads to the Saddle Hut at 3570m. above sea level overnight. 

 

DAY - 8 - SADDLE - SUMMIT - MIRIAKAMBA - ARUSHA:

Early morning start for the summit between 1.00 am. and 2.00 am. The summit at 4566m. is reached before sunrise, admire the magic surroundings before retracing back to Miriakamba Hut and transfer to your Day room hotel. Evening transfer to the Airport for your home bound flight.
