BACKGROUND:
Ostrich Holidays & Travel Limited is a Company formed by three Tanzanian Travel Professionals each with more than twenty years experience in the Tourism Industry.

 

We are Licensed to carry on the Business of Tourist Agent Class {A} by the Ministry of Tourism & Natural Resources of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Established in 1992, under the Companies Ordinance (Cap.212) of the laws is a Company Limited by shares. Originally trading as Ostrich Tours & Safaris Limited, we decided to change our name in the year, 2002 to the current one in order to precisely reflect the core business Tours Operation vis a vis Travel Operations.

SERVICE PROVISION:
Ostrich Holidays & Travel Limited offers a full range of destination management services in Northern and Southern Tanzania and Beach Holiday relaxation arrangements in Zanzibar and Mafia Island. We specialize in off the beaten track tailor-made safaris and opening up new areas of this vast but untamed fascinating country. We have good relations with our neighbors Kenya and Uganda Tour/Travel Operators and can arrange many combinations of East African Safaris.

Our multi-skilled team range from Professional Tour guides, Sectional heads, Manager's, Directors elsewhere - the top cream of the Tourism Industry, disciplined to meet common objectives and client's requirements. OUR FLEET:
Currently our Company owns and operates 4WD modified safari vehicles with pop-up and flip flop roof ideal for game viewing. Each vehicle guarantees (5) five window seats. Large standard version vehicles (e.g.) 4WD micro minibuses with (7) seven window seat are also available on request.

AFFILIATION.

We are members of the Tanzania Association of Tour Operators (TATO). This obligates us to the Associations strict code of conduct that provides every member to operate honestly and professionally.
