OHT- 17 - 4 Nights/5 Days  - Crocodile Trail.

 

DAY -1 - D'salaam - Mikumi National Park 300 km. 03h45.

Early breakfast, depart 07.30 a.m. for Mikumi National Park, game drive lunch break. Afternoon proceed for further game viewing in search of the the big herds of buffalo and other plain game returning to the camp for dinner and overnight.

 

DAY - 2 - Mikumi - Ruaha National Park. - 322 km. - 6 hrs.

Sunrise game drive starts at 06.15 a.m. return to the lodge 08.00 a.m.  for breakfast, depart for Ruaha Park (with lunch boxes) arriving early evening for sundown game drive. Overnight Ruaha River Tented Camp.

 

DAY - 3  - Ruaha.

Sunrise game drive starts at 06.20 a.m. return to camp at 08.30 for branch. With picnic lunch boxes depart for full day game viewing returning late in the evening for dinner and overnight.

 

DAY - 4 - Ruaha - Mikumi National Park.  

Breakfast depart for Mikumi, lunch stopover at Iringa Town depart to Mikumi National Park for sundowner game drive, dinner and overnight Vuma Hill Tented Camp.

 

DAY - 5 - Mikumi - Dar Es Salaam.

Sunrise tour until 11.00a.m Return to lodge for branch and depart for Dar arriving late evening.

OHT - 18 - 6 Nights/7 Days - Elephant Trail.

 

DAY - 1 - Dar es Salaam - Mikumi.

Pick clients from Hotel in Dar es Salaam and drive to Mikumi. Lunch break at Kikoboga Wildlife Camp. Afternoon game viewing in Mikumi. Late evening continue to Kitonga Hotel for dinner and overnight.

 

DAY - 2 - Kitonga Hotel - Ruaha National Park. 

After breakfast, depart for Ruaha National Park, lunch break at Tandala Tented Camp or Ruaha River Lodge. Afternoon game viewing in Ruaha National Park returning late evening for dinner and overnight.

 

DAY - 3 - Ruaha. 

Sunrise game drive 06.20a.m return to Camp at 08.30a.m for breakfast. With lunch boxes proceed for full day game viewing until Sundown. Return to camp for dinner and overnight.

 

DAY - 4 - Ruaha - Iringa Town - 155 km. - 03: 00 hrs.

Breakfast 08.00a.m. Morning game drive along the Great Ruaha river. Lunch, afternoon rest, 02.00 p.m. depart for Overnight Iringa town.

 

DAY  - 5 - Iringa - Udzungwa Mountain N. Park - 275 km - 05 :00 hrs.

Breakfast 07.30a.m, depart for Udzungwa National Park, arriving in time for late lunch. Evening walking Safari in the rain forest and a visit to the Sanje water falls. Dinner and overnight Udzungwa Tented Lodge.

 

DAY - 6 - Udzungwa.

Breakfast at 08.00a.m your jeep drives you to the Udzungwa South with game drive en route. From here with the company of a well trained Ranger /guide you start the morning walking safari in this area which is the richest forest birds habitat in Tanzania. Some of them are endemic spices. Evening return to Camp for dinner and overnight.

 

DAY - 7 - Udzungwa - Mikumi  - Dar es Salaam - 360 km - 05:15 hrs. 

Breakfast depart for Mikumi National Park onwards to Morogoro for lunch at Morogoro Hotel. Afternoon proceed to Dar es Salaam arriving late in the evening for dinner and overnight.

OHT  - 19  - 5 Nights / 6 Days - Livingstone Trail.

 

DAY - 1 - Dar - es Salaam - Bagamoyo - 75 km 01:30hrs.

Early breakfast, depart 07.45am for Bagamoyo. Visit the 15th Century slave market area,  the starting point of interior adventures by famous discoverers David Livingstone and others. Break for lunch, afternoon fee. Evening visit Kaole ruins and Cultural center. Dinner and overnight.

 

DAY - 2 - Bagamoyo - Dar es Salaam.

Breakfast visit  Kaole ruins, the famous Bagamoyo Chuo Cha Sanaa -(i.e) the African Traditional Arts/ Culture Institute break for lunch. Afternoon free at the beach, 05:00 p.m. depart for Dar arriving in time for dinner and overnight Kunduchi Beach Hotel, White Sands Hotel or similar.

 

DAY  - 3 - Dar es Salaam - Selous Game Reserve. 

Early breakfast, depart Dar 07:30 a.m. to Selous (with picnic lunch boxes). Arrive Selous late afternoon and check- at the Rufiji River Tented Camp. Evening out on a boat Safari along the wonderful Rufiji River which holds the highest concentration of hippos in Africa, also a big number of Crocodiles overnight at the Camp.

 

DAY -  4 - Selous  - (With Lunch boxes).

Early breakfast, 07:30 a.m. out of the camp to get in touch with nature. Take a boat ride down the meandering river to the walking Safari starting point. With an armed Ranger/guide the walking Safari through this virgin African Bushes is an unforgettable experience. Get a Sauna treat at the hot water natural swimming pool before a boat ride back to the camp for dinner and overnight.

 

DAY - 5 - Selous - Dar es Salaam.

Sunrise game drive starts at 06.20 a.m. return to camp 10.00 a.m. for branch. Depart for Dar arriving in time for dinner. Overnight Bahari Beach, White Sands Hotel, Kunduchi Beach Hotel, New Africa Hotel.

 

DAY - 6 - Dar es Salaam  City Tour. 

Breakfast 08.00 a.m. drive to the city center, visit the famous Makonde Carvers village, the village museum, and Nyumba ya Sanaa arts center. Break for lunch, afternoon and evening free, late evening transfer to the airport for your home bound flight.
